We will set up a time for me to meet you at your estate and review the process. We will discuss whether an online auction and in person sale, or just one or the other, is the best avenue to pursue.

Once your contract is signed, I will begin the process of taking quality pictures and arranging your estate items, generally taking around 3 days.

Your online auction will run for 9 days, Fri-Sun, with items picked up the following Thursday. An in-person sale will then be held on the following Saturday for all items that did not sell int he auction or were not appropriate for the online auction.
